Job Summary
Senior AI Product Analyst role supporting the design and delivery of an in-house LLM productivity tool for 200,000+ colleagues. Responsibilities include shaping product vision, feature planning, gathering user insights, collaborating with Engineering to translate ideas into clear requirements, and ensuring adoption with Customer Success and regional teams. Requires 3+ years in financial services and/or consulting, experience with product development or ownership, and knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles. The role involves working with data/AI/ML technologies and contributing to roadmaps and backlog while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet market and user expectations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting
- Some experience supporting product development or product ownership
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies
- Self-starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment
- Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, and collaborating across diverse teams
