Job Summary
Analyze existing business processes, interview stakeholders to identify pain points, and design improved future-state workflows. Build automation solutions using low-code platforms like UiPath or Power Automate, collaborating with developers for custom integrations. Manage stakeholder expectations, produce documentation including process maps and design documents, and quantify benefits such as time savings and error reduction. Provide after-hour support as required. This role eliminates manual work and applies AI-driven automation across the business within an agile delivery environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business, computer science, or engineering
- 5 + years working as a business analyst, systems analyst or in a process improvement role
- Experience working in agile or product delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of emerging AI technologies
- Strong understanding of RPA
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- basic understanding of scripting or programming
- Strong ability to analyze and redesign business processes with mapping tools
Desired Qualifications
- relevant work experience
- experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Experience with low-code automation platforms
- preferred: UiPath
