Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Support to identify pain points and document current-state processes. Reimagine workflows by building unified, persona-based experiences consisting of AI-built applications and autonomous agents that leverage Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday as primary Data of Record. Act as the bridge between technical possibilities and business realities to ensure AI solutions provide tangible value and high adoption rates. This role requires proficiency in prompting across various LLMs and a foundational understanding of AI agent development. The position sits at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology, focusing on moving beyond incremental improvements.
Required Qualifications
- ~5 years of experience in a role connecting business needs with technological solutions
- A general understanding of how modern business systems work, including how data moves between objects and the basic logic of relational databases
- A general understanding of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday and their standard business workflows
- An innate ability to see a list of manual steps and reimagine them as a seamless, automated flow
- Proficiency in prompting across various LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- A foundational understanding of AI agent development and orchestration
