Job Summary

AI Practitioner role at Slipstream IT sits at the intersection of client delivery and technical build. You’ll lead phased AI enablement engagements, assess department maturity, deliver tiered workshops, run ongoing support, and build/deploy AI workflows for clients ready to advance. Responsibilities include leading AI assessments and enablement plans, delivering hands-on workshops, running open office hours and 1-2-1 sessions for real use cases, building automations, advising on AI agent strategy, supporting internal AI adoption, and closing the insights loop to sharpen each rollout. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong AI fluency, demonstrable AI work (workflow/agent/tool), and the ability to communicate AI strategy and capabilities across audiences. Nice-to-haves include consulting or professional services experience, familiarity with major AI platforms, and experience in regulated or life sciences environments.
