Job Summary
Lead design, prototype, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions in healthcare settings across clinical, research, and administrative domains. Drive project-based initiatives using ML, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics; build retrieval-augmented generation architectures, prompt-engineering frameworks, and vector databases. Develop APIs, dashboards, and user-facing applications; monitor model performance, bias, drift, and explainability; apply MLOps and governance practices to ensure scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant deployments. Foster collaboration across clinical care delivery, operations, and behavioral health initiatives; evaluate emerging technologies and vendor options; work with structured and unstructured healthcare data (EHRs, clinical notes, outcomes data) to operationalize AI outputs into workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Informatics, Engineering, Healthcare Analytics, or related field preferred
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions within healthcare, behavioral health, hospital systems, digital health, or regulated industries
- Demonstrated expertise with LLMs, generative AI systems, NLP, predictive modeling, and AI application development
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms
- Experience with EHR platforms, healthcare interoperability standards, HIPAA compliance, and responsible AI governance
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and operational audiences
