Job Summary
Design and implement AI-powered QA strategies leveraging machine learning for predictive analytics, automated test generation, and intelligent defect prediction. Build next-generation test automation frameworks featuring self-healing scripts, intelligent prioritization, and adaptive coverage analysis. Develop AI-driven dashboards enabling data-driven decision-making and risk forecasting. Lead the adoption of modern agile methodologies tailored for AI-enhanced cycles, integrating DevOps and continuous testing practices. Foster cross-functional collaboration to embed quality throughout the SDLC while mentoring team members in AI tools and adaptive working approaches. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance
- hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated track record of implementing "New Ways of Working" in fast-paced, agile environments
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in quality engineering
- Proven experience with AI/ML tools for software testing, including platforms like Testim, Mabl, Applitools, or similar AI-powered testing solutions
- Deep knowledge of contemporary testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) enhanced with AI capabilities
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native testing environments
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) for test automation and AI integration
