Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of Innovapptive’s AI Agent Runtime Architecture — the MCP orchestration platform that connects AI Agents, microservices, data stores, and human users with governance and telemetry. Responsibilities include architecting the MCP runtime, defining Agent Execution Lifecycle, enabling memory/context sharing across agents, embedding security and observability, integrating with SAP/OSI PI/Maximo, building standardized APIs/SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, and driving cross-functional enablement. Requires 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI systems/platform/orchestration, deep knowledge of AI frameworks and orchestration tools, strong microservices and cloud architecture skills, and the ability to communicate across technical and business teams. Hybrid work model available in Hyderabad (India) or remote with periodic travel to Houston HQ.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in AI Systems, Platform, or Orchestration architecture
- Strong expertise in AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, DSPy) and orchestration systems (Temporal.io, Airflow, Ray)
- Solid background in microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Azure OpenAI) and embedding pipelines
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go; strong grounding in AWS or GCP cloud architecture
- Deep understanding of AI observability, governance, cost control, and telemetry
- Excellent system design communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business teams
