Job Summary
Deliver and improve UniSuper's Internal Developer Platform, Kubernetes capabilities, and reusable engineering patterns to support application teams in building, deploying, and operating services safely. Implement self-service capabilities, golden-path templates, environment provisioning, and developer onboarding workflows while enhancing platform reliability through infrastructure automation, resilience testing, and operational readiness. Contribute to pipeline templates, deployment workflows, security gates, and continuous delivery standards across Azure Kubernetes Service and related cloud environments. Analyze operational data, incident trends, and developer feedback to continuously improve reliability and the developer experience within a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering or software engineering background
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service
- Experience with internal developer platforms, golden paths, self-service provisioning or reusable platform modules
- Strong infrastructure-as-code capability using Terraform or equivalent tooling
- Working knowledge of continuous integration and delivery, GitOps, cloud-native deployment and Azure
- Experience with observability, secure integration design and production-grade code and automation
- Commit to 60% of your time in office
