Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure. Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and monitoring to enhance developer productivity while strengthening platform security and operational readiness. Build AI-powered engineering workflows and tooling that accelerate software development, resolve production incidents, and drive long-term reliability improvements. Partner closely with engineering teams to enable fast, safe, and scalable product delivery in a high-impact, AI-first organization focused on enterprise-scale B2B SaaS products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software or platform engineering experience
- Experience building and maintaining production infrastructure in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience with: Kubernetes & Docker
- Strong experience with: CI/CD pipelines
- Strong experience with: Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong experience with: Infrastructure reliability, monitoring, deployments, and rollbacks
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
- Experience scaling distributed systems and developer platforms
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Startup experience, ideally growing with a Series A or Series B company
- Previous Founder or Founding Engineer experience
- Experience building AI-first engineering workflows or internal AI tooling
- Experience with ETL pipelines, Cloudflare, SOC 2 environments, or developer productivity platforms
- Background in modern B2B infrastructure companies such as developer tools, data platforms, or SaaS products
- Degree from a top university
- Thrives in fast-moving startup environments
- Enjoys building infrastructure that enables other engineers to be more productive
- Passionate about AI-native software development and modern engineering workflows
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving complex infrastructure challenges
- Has a strong product mindset and cares deeply about customer impact
