Job Summary
AI Platform Administrator with 10+ years experience to manage governance of enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and platform infrastructure. Responsibilities include Platform Governance & Security (RBAC, SSO, licensing, data handling rules), Health Monitoring (telemetry, API error rates, token consumption), Integrations & Workflows (connecting AI tools with core enterprise software), Adoption & Enablement (internal training materials, troubleshooting guides), and User Management. Requires experience with SaaS platform administration, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and strong communication to translate technical concepts to business users; familiarity with data privacy laws, data residency rules, and AI ethics; adherence to responsible AI principles and SOC 2 Type II or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in SaaS platform administration, IT operations, cloud computing, or systems administration
- 5+ years of familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and workflow automation tools
- Ability to train staff, translate technical concepts for business users, and address support queries
- Solid grasp of data privacy laws, data residency rules, and AI ethics
- Compliance with Client’s responsible AI principles and Acceptable Use policy
- Adherence to data residency, privacy (GDPR, HIPAA where applicable), and 21 CFR Part 11 controls where in scope
- Disclosure of subcontractors and offshore delivery locations
- Disclosure of model providers, training data practices, and any use of client data for model improvement (opt-out required)
- 10+ years experience indicated in the posting (as senior level)
