Job Summary
AI Performance & Commercial Lead to drive value measurement across RACV's AI initiatives. Lead benefits realisation, develop performance frameworks and reporting, support business case development and commercial modelling, and provide portfolio-level insights to prioritise funding and strategic decisions. Prepare executive materials for the AI Steering Committee and senior leadership, collaborate across business, technology, finance, and PMO to align on performance measures and value delivery, and influence investment decisions while driving continuous improvement. Hybrid work arrangement based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of office and home time.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial, strategy, finance, or analytics roles
- Strong ability to translate performance data into clear financial and business value
- Experience identifying and developing use cases, providing business insights, investment models, or benefits realisation frameworks
- Well-developed commercial acumen with ability to support prioritisation and investment decisions
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technology, data, and business teams
- High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail with focus on measurable outcomes
- Proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving impact
