Job Summary
AI Outcomes Manager to partner with executive sponsors and end users to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into measurable business outcomes on Glean. Lead strategic reviews and advise customers on their AI roadmap, translating business needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and practical AI solutions; collaborate with Product and R&D to shape priorities. Conduct discovery workshops, scope pilots, and guide rollouts to drive adoption of the Glean platform. Design and build AI agents with and for customers, rethink underlying business processes to maximize impact and usability, and proactively identify expansion opportunities across teams. Required: 5+ years in roles blending business and technology with a consultative, customer-facing approach; strong problem-solving and communication skills; demonstrated ability to craft prompts and guide AI agents for real workflows; understanding of current LLM capabilities; product sense and user empathy; hands-on experience with modern AI platforms/tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Cohere or similar). Nice to have: prior customer-facing/solutions/product management experience; ability to analyze usage signals and inform roadmaps. Location: remote, must be located in Sweden. Compensation varies by location and experience. Willingness to engage in an AI-focused exercise during interview.
