AI Ops Engineer - GTM

Job Summary
Build and maintain OpenClaw skills and workflows across the GTM org, partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS/AM, and Partnerships to identify high-leverage tasks for automation. Wire agents into existing tools by connecting APIs, data sources, and third-party services, then prototype solutions for real users and iterate based on feedback. Own reliability by diagnosing and fixing broken agent workflows. This role involves turning theoretical agent capabilities into shipped features that support Shopify's fastest-growing brands. You'll report directly to the Founder/CEO and VP Operations to drive hands-on builder work with high standards.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- Hands-on OpenClaw or agentic experience
- Experience with Hermes Agent
- Experience with LangChain
- Experience with AutoGPT
- Experience with custom LLM/API projects
- A genuine go-getter mindset
- Comfortable picking up new tools fast
- Clear communication skills
- A Github with a track record of projects

- Experience with AI asset generation
- Experience with security and compliance
- A track record of side projects, hackathons, or things you built just because you wanted them to exist
