Job Summary
Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using AI-powered solutions. Build AI-assisted workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and automations to improve operational efficiency. Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and document scalable processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and own projects from planning to implementation. This full-time, office-based role in Connaught Place, Delhi requires 1–4 years of experience in operations or process excellence, with hands-on AI tool usage. Expect 10–12 hours of daily work within a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or a similar role
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills
- Use AI as your default way of solving operational problems
- Take ownership and deliver high-quality work within timelines
- Be comfortable working with data, metrics, and process improvements
- Collaborate effectively across multiple teams to drive execution
- Full-time, Work from Office role based in Delhi
- Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
- Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over
- 10-12 hours of work in a day
