Job Summary
AI Ops & Systems Engineer role focused on owning Harrison.ai's enterprise systems architecture, SaaS and vendor portfolio, and IT budget. Design a simplified, AI-forward target-state for business systems; build and ship automations to reduce IT and business workload; manage vendor/SaaS portfolio end-to-end including renewals and benchmarking; enable multi-entity IT integration across Harrison.ai and subsidiaries; partner with compliance/security teams to implement tooling within the AI governance framework. Position emphasizes AI-forward operations, enterprise security tooling integration, and hands-on leadership in architecture and automation across a distributed business.
Required Qualifications
- Experience across enterprise IT roles with depth in systems design, SaaS vendor and cost management, and AI tools and automation
- Has run an IT function or sub-function in a growth-stage or multi-entity business
- Demonstrably AI-forward and able to point to concrete automations
- Hands-on with the modern enterprise IT stack including SSO and identity, DLP, MDM, endpoint management, SaaS admin, and security tooling
- Familiarity with standards and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Commercial instincts on vendor and SaaS spend; capable of budget ownership
- Strong systems engineering instincts for managing enterprise systems through APIs, automation, and reproducible configuration
- Nice-to-have: scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell)
