Job Summary
Manage automation and tool requests from operations teams using low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier, proactively fixing bottlenecks in AI agent usage. Develop unified analytics dashboards to track agent performance across systems and consolidate metrics for business stakeholders. Drive internal adoption by training ops teams on interpreting AI dashboards and delegating tasks to agents. Maintain operational documentation for new automations and provide structured feedback to align agent behavior with workflows. Experiment with LLM evaluation tools to support human-in-the-loop integrations into recruiter and ops processes. Stay current on agentic AI, no-code platforms, and emerging LLM applications in operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience working in automation using low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier
- Proficiency in SQL writing
- You are able to take an open-ended, ambiguous high-level question and break it down into specific analyses and provide answers
- You have an understanding of common analytical frameworks and analysis types, e.g. A/B test analyses, retention analysis, KPI creation
- You think critically about analyses, goals, and strategy; ask good questions and pressure-tests assumptions
- You have a healthy suspicion of data quality
- You are a strong communicator
- You are able to speak in deep technical detail to the other analysts or data eng, but also able to abstract out and deliver key findings to stakeholders with less technical acumen
- You exemplify a humble competence that inspires others and raises our collective bar
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python and/or Javascript is a plus
