Job Summary
AI Operations Specialist (Hybrid) to configure and train AI agents, define how agents think and respond, and refine agent behavior across platforms (Salesforce Agentforce, Copilot Studio, Claude, Power Automate). Responsible for maintaining deployed AI solutions, monitoring performance, gathering user feedback, and driving AI literacy through hands-on enablement. Coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment with platform implementations and RTB processes, evaluates new AI tools, and supports change management with training materials and rollout plans. Requires collaboration across teams, strong communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or other related field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations role with responsibility in AI workflow augmentation and automation
- Experience with using AI automation platforms in a business setting (Agentforce, Copilot Studio, Claude, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into solutions
- Genuine passion for AI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
