Job Summary
AI Operations Specialist role within Fetch's AI Operations team, focused on maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of AI systems. Responsibilities include evaluating model outputs, annotating and labeling data, applying reasoning and research to determine classifications, supporting SMaC (Scan, Match, & Catalog), and using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve speed and accuracy. Requires enthusiasm for AI, technical proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, and a fast learning mindset. Roles can be held from US offices or remotely in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Hands on experience with LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini
- Direct experience using Google Sheets and Excel, including advanced features (pivot tables, v-look up)
- Ability to research, leverage provided SOPs, and use best judgment to solve ambiguous problems
