AI Operations Production Specialist, 2

Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for AIOps products by monitoring operations, addressing client queries, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality. Analyze and interpret data effectively to support decision-making, then develop and maintain Python scripts for automation. Independently address client requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models, and provide stakeholders with updates on deployment status and risks. Continuously improve models and techniques to adapt to new data patterns while keeping up to date with the latest technology trends. Work in a hybrid environment with 6 to 8 days per month in the office.
