Job Summary
Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network, identifying inefficiencies and standardizing execution between North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam. Leverage AI tools to automate manual processes and collaborate with Tech/Data teams to enhance productivity. Partner with stakeholders to adopt new processes, document operational playbooks, and define KPIs for tracking efficiency metrics like post-production time. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution by aligning business needs with technological solutions through close work with Marketing, Product, and Local teams. Report to a hybrid team in Madrid, offering a Master's degree in STEM and 5+ years in operations consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
- 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, or production management
- experience in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations
- Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
- Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance
- Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency
