Job Summary
Support AI infrastructure, runtime architecture, and product workflows while researching tools to improve business efficiency. Coordinate go-to-market execution, vendor relationships, and client follow-ups to ensure project deadlines are met. Manage cross-functional initiatives, including trademark filings and compliance coordination, to solve emerging business challenges with minimal direction. Bridge technical implementation with operational objectives by improving internal processes and supporting strategic leadership planning. Fully remote, flexible 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in AI Operations, Technical Operations, Product Operations, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and modern AI technologies
- Technical familiarity with AI architecture, runtime infrastructure, or AI deployment environments
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to improve processes and execute projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ambiguity
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments
- Experience supporting AI products or AI-enabled workflows
