Job Summary
Lead AI Operations & Enablement for Brunswick's Marketing Center of Excellence, bridging abstract AI capabilities with marketing execution. Identify high-value AI use cases, prototype and review AI agents, and deploy tactical automations that improve efficiency. Build and audit AI workflows, ensure governance (data handling, security, logging, human-in-the-loop, kill-switch), and operationalize solutions within Marketo, Salesforce, CMS, and dynamic creative platforms. Own agile delivery through 2-week sprints, create repeatable playbooks and templates, drive brand enablement and adoption programs, and deliver dashboards and reporting that translate technical outputs into enterprise impact for marketing leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years blending Marketing Operations, TPM, Product Operations, or MarTech engineering
- Recent Hands-On AI Building with current AI tools within the past 12 months (e.g., custom agent orchestration, API-driven workflows, or multi-step LLM automations)
- Systems & Architecture Fluency across enterprise data flows and APIs
- MarTech familiarity with enterprise CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and ad platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo, Google/Meta Ads)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex LLM behaviors to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed work style with ability to operate in ambiguous environments
