Job Summary
Beamy is hiring its first AI Operations recruit to own and scale internal AI tooling and agents. You will build end-to-end AI apps, agents and automation from scoping to production and monitoring; automate critical processes across sales, CS, ops, and marketing; identify friction and automation opportunities and turn them into tools; prioritize demands, decide what to build, and maintain usage metrics; empower teams with AI skills and ensure long-term operation and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have: formation d'ingénieur généraliste
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement entrepreneurial exigeant
- power user de l’IA et des outils (skills, agents, MCP)
- autonomie et capacité à délivrer sans supervision
- capacité à communiquer avec des profils techniques et non techniques
