AI Operations Associate (Onboarding / Agents)

Job Summary
Own dedicated accounts during pilot phase to drive clear commercial outcomes, manage pilot projects end-to-end, and act as a trusted advisor to customers. Build, design, and refine AI agents, partner with engineering and customers, and track agent performance. Lead customer onboarding and training sessions, translate customer needs into product feedback, and document best practices. Requires strong communication skills in English and German, a background in tech or workflows, and a passion for customer success.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working with customers and helping them succeed
- Tech-savvy or have a semi-technical/technical background
- Excellent communicator in both English and German
- Experience building workflows and AI agents, understanding prompt engineering and APIs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles (support, AM) at a fast-growing startup
Additional Requirements
- Pure business background without experience with workflows and AI agents
- Preference for only strategic work with no hands-on involvement
- Desire for a strict 9–5 work schedule or remote work
