Job Summary

Own the intake of new AI project ideas and use-case requests across IEM, gathering requirements, documenting business needs, and routing qualified requests to appropriate teams for scoping and prioritization. Manage the operational side of AI enablement by handling tool access requests, license administration, user onboarding/offboarding, and provisioning new users while deprovisioning access for departing employees. Support proof-of-concept efforts by preparing sample data, configuring tools, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and tracking outcomes. Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex technical problems. Plan and deliver AI literacy programming, including walkthroughs, workshops, and training materials to build organization-wide proficiency with approved tools. Perform routine audits to confirm usage aligns with governance policies and generate regular reports on adoption metrics and license utilization. Maintain up-to-date SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles covering intake processes and common troubleshooting steps.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in IT operations, help desk/technical support, business analysis, or a related coordination role
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to automate workflows, improve productivity, or solve business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests or tickets simultaneously, track them to completion, and keep stakeholders informed of status
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain basic technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Position is primarily remote with some travel required initially to IEM facilities or for project kickoffs
  • Candidate may be required to work in-office in the future as business needs evolve

Desired Qualifications

  • Business analysis fundamentals: experience gathering requirements or documenting a process or workflow, especially with an eye toward where AI could remove manual steps
  • Automation curiosity: comfort learning basic scripting or low-code automation to streamline routine tasks and connect AI tools to other business systems
  • basic experience building simple reports or trackers in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in artificial intelligence, project management (PMP), or change management
