Requires 5+ years in offensive security, production-quality Python tooling, cloud security across major providers, and strong technical communication; preferred experience with attacking LLMs/GenAI, ML pipelines, and MLOps tooling. Base pay range: $136,000 - $228,600, with potential bonuses and benefits; remote roles not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming
- Strong software engineering skills — production-quality tools (Python required; Java/JavaScript a plus)
- Background in traditional appsec/web pentesting (Burp Suite, fuzzing, auth bypass)
- Cloud security experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure — including container/Kubernetes environments and cloud-hosted AI services
- Ability to independently scope, execute, and report on offensive engagements
- Strong written communication — clear, technically precise findings reports
