Job Summary
Senior Enterprise AE focused on the AI-native territory, driving data-driven GTM strategies, accelerating logo growth within VC-backed startups, and building executive-level relationships with founders, VCs, and technical leaders to exceed revenue targets. You will articulate complex technical value, position MongoDB’s data platform for AI as a strategic solution, and craft partnerships across product, marketing, and engineering to penetrate high-growth accounts. The role requires deep familiarity with advanced software development concepts and the ability to translate technical challenges into measurable business outcomes, with a strong in-office presence (3+ days/week) in the assigned San Francisco, CA area.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of quota-carrying field experience in enterprise software sales
- experience selling technically complex solutions at scale
- ability to engage with C-suite technical decision makers, founders, and strategic investors
- proven history of building executive-level relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- strong understanding of MongoDB products and competitive landscape
- resident within assigned territory and willingness to be in-office 3+ days per week
