Job Summary
AI-Native Product Engineer to own end-to-end product implementation across frontend, backend and data layer, working with founders and the customer engagement team to translate market feedback into shipped features. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, refining and releasing product improvements, maintaining and evolving the platform without a full rebuild, building internal tools and dashboards to make complex data tangible for customers, and increasing output and reducing cycle time through AI-native development tools. The role emphasizes speed, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to turn customer conversations into working features on a fast-moving, climate-tech data platform. The position is based in Melbourne, Australia, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong full-stack capability
- Experience with React/Next.js and Python or Node.js
- Portfolio of shipped products or features
- Experience using AI-native tooling for development
- Ability to ship quickly and independently
- Strong design eye and product instinct
- Ability to work independently with founders and customers
- Exposure to sustainability, supply chain systems, compliance or reporting data, B2B SaaS platforms (valued)
- Comfort with cross-functional collaboration (product, engineering, customer context)
