Job Summary
Conduct high-quality outbound phone interviews with verified consumers to capture authentic stories for our review platform. Maintain professionalism and rapport while meeting daily dial and review metrics. Prepare calling reports, update the Review Center Dashboard, and complete monthly recording highlights for auditing. Ensure accurate daily reporting for transcription and moderation by correcting contact information as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong phone/verbal communication
- Ability to multitask - Active listening while updating record
- Basic Google Drive applications
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to perform repetitive work on a daily basis
- Obsessed with ensuring an exceptional customer experience - for both internal and external customers
