Job Summary
Growth-focused, hands-on AI-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and AI-native channels; build AI-powered workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting; generate pipeline via ABM from signal to sequence; experiment with new channels, scale what works, and leverage AI tools to enrich and qualify leads before they hit sales; analyze funnel performance, surface insights, and act on them independently. Remote-first role with US-based enterprise focus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand gen marketing
- Launched and optimized paid campaigns yourself
- Strong analytical skills — attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboard
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Experience with programmatic / ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
