Job Summary
AI-Native Finance Analyst role focusing on supervising AI-generated finance workflows for a multi-entity US operation. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-prepared journal entries, payables packets, receivables follow-ups, and reconciliations; approving, correcting, or escalating as needed; handling exception queues and investigating anomalies; performing quality checks of automation outputs against source data; writing playbooks that define workflow steps and human intervention points; and hands-on use of AI tools (LLM-based agents, prompts, structured workflows) with a structured training program from weeks 1–12 and ongoing mentorship. The position requires 2–4 years in finance operations or related fields, excellent English, detail-orientation, strong spreadsheet skills, and comfort with an evening/night shift aligned to US ET, with on-site work in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in finance operations, accounting, data operations, or analytical back-office / BPO or QA work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Detail-obsessed
- Fast with spreadsheets and new AI tools; excited by AI
- Works independently without real-time oversight
- Comfortable with a fixed evening/night schedule aligned to US Eastern Time
- Bonus: experience with any accounting or bookkeeping system, SQL basics, data-annotation/QA experience, ACCA in progress
