Job Summary
AI-Native Business Analyst to partner with sales and delivery leadership to understand how opportunities are tracked, how projects are managed, and where operational pain points are. Use AI tools to analyze pipeline data, delivery performance, and project health, surface insights to accelerate decision making, and help build tools/workflows to improve visibility into sales activity, project margins, and delivery risk. Document processes and requirements for the technical team; collaborate with a BA, a technical architect, and an ML engineer to deliver solutions from brief to production; translate complex operational data into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders; continuously look for AI-driven reductions in manual reporting and improvements in information quality for decision makers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, delivery operations, or sales operations role
- understanding of project delivery in a professional services environment
- experience using AI tools (including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent) to analyze data, generate reports, automate workflows, and support fast, verifiable outputs
- ability to analyze datasets and explain findings to senior stakeholders
- strong organization, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
