Job Summary
AI-native Business Analyst supporting the PMO at Merkle. Build strong relationships with PMO/delivery leadership, assess current project-management tooling and processes, identify gaps, and define a centralized PMO with standardized standards, tools, and processes. Use AI to analyze how projects are tracked and reported, surface inconsistencies, and propose practical standardizations across teams. Document current-state processes and requirements for the technical team to configure or build solutions. Support rollout of new tools/processes and act as a consistent operational contact for PMO, tooling help, or process guidance. 3+ years in analytics/operations, experience with AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or equivalents), and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders. Location: Makati City, Philippines. Location is on-site; full-time role at Merkle in DGS Philippines - Makati City - RCBC Plaza.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or process improvement role
- Experience with PMO or delivery functions
- Experience using AI tools to analyze processes and generate outputs
- Strong listening and communication skills and ability to translate needs into clear requirements
