Job Summary
Business Analyst (DACH) for Oper's Customer Success team, starting with an Austrian flagship customer and expanding to German-speaking lenders. You will own delivery by turning business needs into a configured, live Oper platform, run discovery workshops with stakeholders, map requirements to product, specify user stories and functional specs, manage stakeholder expectations, review API documentation, define integration points, configure workflows, validate configurations against scope, lead end-user training, and stay engaged through go-live and adoption. You will apply AI tooling as a core lever to scaffold documentation, draft specs, summarize workshops, and accelerate analysis, while identifying where AI adds real value. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of consulting experience, fluency in German and English, a passion for structuring problems and facilitating client interactions, technical affinity for APIs and integrations, and an AI-native approach to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to structure problems and translate insights into documentation, user stories, and specifications
- Comfort with reading API documentation and understanding integration patterns
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing SaaS fintech environment
- AI-native mindset and ability to use AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
