Job Summary
AI/ML Scientist responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven automated workflows to enhance business efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and identify AI automation opportunities; integrate machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision into enterprise workflows; build and maintain AI pipelines from data collection to deployment and monitoring; develop customized AI tools enabling non-technical users to leverage AI capabilities; monitor workflow performance metrics and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, REST/gRPC, and workflow automation tools is required; experience with containerization and MLOps is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with API development (REST/gRPC) and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Dify, N8N, fastGPT, langchain)
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath/Automation Anywhere) or low-code platforms
- Knowledge of LLM application development (e.g., GPT, Claude-based solutions)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and MLOps practices
- Domain expertise in AI implementation for industries like Logistics, FinTech
- Freight forwarding knowledge
- Proficiency with API development (REST/gRPC) and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset
