Job Summary
Head of AI/ML Practice responsible for building and scaling Infoya's AI/ML practice, leading GenAI, LLM, RAG & AI Agent solutions, driving AI pre-sales, demos and client workshops, mentoring AI teams, establishing MLOps best practices, and owning end-to-end AI solution delivery. Must have hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain; deep expertise in Generative AI and enterprise AI delivery; and a proven leadership track record with stakeholder management. Hybrid opportunity with in-person offices in Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and Bengaluru (Karnataka).
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or related field
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
- Enterprise AI consulting & delivery experience
- Leadership mindset with strong stakeholder management
