Job Summary
AI/ML Expert with focus on applied research and autonomous systems/conversational AI. Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in AI agent framework design (LangChain-based APIs). Solid NLP fundamentals and development of sophisticated conversational agents. Experience with LLMs/SLMs and 1-2 years of fine-tuning; expertise in quantization and deploying optimized models on edge/embedded devices (cloud infra like AWS or Azure not required). Voice AI is a strong plus, with knowledge of ASR/STT, TTS, and Intent/Entity extraction; experience with Indian languages is advantageous. Key responsibilities include driving innovation by developing edge-optimized language models, architecting multi-agent systems, and scripting robust data analysis and model evaluation pipelines. A strong academic or industry research track record is valued, particularly publications in AI/ML conferences. Required attributes include strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, and excellent teamwork in a fast-paced R&D setting.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in relevant field
- 6-8 Yrs experience
- Strong Python proficiency
- Experience in AI agent framework design (LangChain)
- NLP fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and SLMs
- Model fine-tuning experience (1-2 years)
- Edge/embedded deployment and model quantization
- Voice AI experience a plus (ASR/STT, TTS, Intent/Entity extraction)
