Job Summary
Develop edge-optimized language models, architect multi-agent systems, and script robust data analysis and model evaluation pipelines. Design and develop AI agent frameworks using LangChain-based APIs, focusing on sophisticated conversational agents with strong NLP foundations. Fine-tune Large and Small Language Models, applying quantization techniques for direct deployment on edge or embedded devices. Prioritize applied research and innovation in autonomous systems and conversational AI, leveraging a track record of publications in reputed conferences. Requires 6-8 years of experience with Python proficiency and strong problem-solving skills within a fast-paced R&D environment.
Required Qualifications
- strong understanding of AI/ML, with a specific focus on applied research and innovation in autonomous systems and conversational AI
- highly proficient in Python
- extensive hands-on experience in AI agent framework design and development, like utilising LangChain-based APIs
- strong foundational knowledge of NLP
- proven hands-on experience in the development of sophisticated conversational agents
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs)
- minimum of 1-2 years of specific experience in model fine-tuning
- strong expertise in the quantization of language models
- deployment of these optimized models (SLM/LLM) directly on edge or embedded devices
- B.Tech / M.Tech

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Voice AI
- specific knowledge of handling speech technologies (ASR/STT, TTS, and Intent/Entity extraction)
- Experience of working with Indian languages
