Hands-on model development for deploying in the automotive domain, focusing on designing and implementing advanced ML models that leverage visual and time-series data. Build, train, and evaluate models for computer vision tasks (object detection, image segmentation, facial analysis, classification) and time-series tasks (forecasting, anomaly detection, sequential data classification). Implement multi-modal modeling by fusing visual and temporal data, and train a wide range of architectures (CNNs, Transformers, LSTMs, GRUs) as well as traditional methods (ARIMA, Prophet). Stay current with state-of-the-art techniques and apply them to unique datasets. Perform data analysis and feature engineering, optimize model architectures and hyperparameters, and rigorously evaluate model performance to ensure robustness and accuracy for automotive deployments.
