Job Summary
Lead and mentor engineers to drive Travelbank’s AI/ML platform, guiding technical design, performance, and software delivery; influence cross-team roadmaps and product capabilities; develop and coach engineers across skill levels; collaborate with Product, Design, and partner teams to deliver high-performing applications and ML systems, including embeddings and GenAI-related capabilities; ensure scalable architectures, robust APIs, and strong engineering practices in an agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant technical experience
- Three to four years of leading a software engineering team
