Job Summary
AI/ML Engineer to build and maintain production ML systems powering Cint's marketplace, including feasibility prediction and dynamic pricing. Role involves designing, building, and maintaining production services end-to-end—from PoC to cloud deployment—collaborating with product and data science teams to translate research questions into shippable ML, and leveraging Databricks, AWS, Claude Code, and other tooling to analyze data, metrics, and insights needed for decision-making. The position emphasizes working with a modern tech stack (Python, FastAPI, Docker, K8s on AWS), autonomous ownership of projects, and contributing to team standards and model documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer
- Excellent programming skills in Python; knowledge of Java a plus
- Knowledge of ML tools and techniques (e.g., SVM, gradient boosting)
- Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning (LoRA, distillation) a plus
- Proficient in SQL; Databricks knowledge a plus
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Ability to analyze data, metrics, and insights; strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort presenting conclusions and shaping outcomes
