Job Summary
Train, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models that learn from data to support critical national security challenges. Apply best-fit ML algorithms and technologies to triage large datasets and deliver customer-focused solutions. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and mission stakeholders to creatively apply AI/ML solutions to solve cutting-edge problems. Translate general user requirements into actionable tasks while navigating the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. Work within a talented team of machine learning engineers across the company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions into production
- Experience working with LLMs, generative AI systems, or agentic frameworks
- Experience with Python and object oriented programming
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, supporting tools, and design patterns, such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- Ability to translate general user requirements into actionable tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience deploying generative AI systems into production environments
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Experience with a deep learning framework such as PyTorch or Keras
- Knowledge of security requirements for production code in government systems
- Master's degree in a STEM field
- Doctorate degree in a STEM field
