Job Summary
Lead AI innovation in fintech by designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. Implement GenAI, agent-based systems, and sophisticated ML models to enhance our platform. Own the full AI lifecycle by designing data models and building data pipelines; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML into a multi-product platform. Develop scalable ML pipelines, deploy and optimize models in the cloud (AWS experience a bonus). Architect an Agentic Framework for financial advisors, enhance OCR capabilities with vector databases, and apply Retrieval Augmented Generation for improved data retrieval and decision-making. Champion MLOps practices and mentor team members; stay current with AI/ML research and best practices. Qualifications include 3+ years in AI/ML, production-grade experience, advanced degree, Python proficiency, GenAI/RAG/OCR/vector DB experience, cloud exposure, and fintech domain familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional AI/ML engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in a commercial product
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with GenAI, agent-based systems, OCR, vector databases, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Cloud experience; AWS SageMaker and Bedrock is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Financial technology exposure preferred (structured products or annuities)
