Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms like LangChain and AutoGen to automate workflows with LLMs and APIs. Connect various SaaS tools and data sources through drag-and-drop environments while rapidly prototyping use cases such as customer support bots and intelligent data syncs. Collaborate with product teams to turn business problems into working automation solutions, then monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of deployed pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or software engineering
- Strong understanding of how LLMs (like GPT, Claude, etc.) work and how to integrate them into applications
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., LangChain, Flowise, Make, Zapier, Bubble, Retool)
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, SuperAGI, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a fast prototyping mindset
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments and iterating quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge for custom logic inside automation tools
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic APIs
- Understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or chain-of-thought reasoning techniques
- Background in SaaS or integration platforms is a plus
