Job Summary
Embedded AI/ML engineer to drive production integration of ML/LLM models in insurance-related domains. Role emphasizes delivering Python-based ML solutions (PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn) within a .NET/C#/SQL Server backend, leveraging Generative AI, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph). Responsibilities include integrating AI services into existing backend systems, deploying via Docker/Kubernetes, building REST APIs, and operating within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git). Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Step Functions, Airflow) and MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, incident response) is required. Familiarity with claims lifecycle and insurance systems is expected; NICE-TO-HAVE certifications include AWS ML and Azure/OpenAI services knowledge plus privacy/compliance context (GDPR/HIPAA).
