Job Summary
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with 5-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include building and optimizing ML and deep learning models, developing end-to-end ML pipelines, and working with large datasets. Required skills include strong proficiency in Python, ML libraries, experience with NLP and cloud platforms, and knowledge of MLOps tools. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science is required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Familiarity with SQL and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI or LLMs
- Knowledge of model explainability and ethical AI
- Exposure to real-time ML systems
