Job Summary
Lead AI Marketing Transformation initiatives for Chase Business Banking Marketing, identifying, developing, and guiding high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives. Establish metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness of AI initiatives, manage pilot projects across BB Marketing, build and maintain a prompt library and syntax guidelines for generative AI tools, and collaborate with cross-line-of-business teams, Data Science, Product, and Controls to integrate AI solutions into Marketing processes. Stay current with AI, ML, and NLP advancements to drive adoption, and communicate best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in Marketing, AI Innovation, or related leadership roles; proficiency with AI platforms, data analytics, and project management; strong communication skills; and experience with Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint.
