Job Summary
AI Marketing Assistant who will use AI-powered tools to generate and optimize marketing content, design and execute AI-assisted digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email and SEO content, manage and grow HubSpot CRM, conduct AI-driven market research, create multimedia content with AI tools, assist in landing page optimization, collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams on customer communications, and track KPIs (MQLs, email open rates, social engagement, ROI) using analytics dashboards. The role supports two brands and requires enthusiasm for AI technology, strong copywriting, familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), a data-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns with clear communication. Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Comm/Business and hands-on AI tooling experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- experience in a marketing role with demonstrable use of AI tools to improve output or efficiency
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is advantageous
