Job Summary
Lead the shaping, prioritisation, and governance of the global AI portfolio; drive end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from scoping and MVP definition to production and adoption; own and actively manage value realisation across the AI portfolio with ongoing tracking against business-case commitments; establish transparency on value delivery and drive corrective actions; manage dependencies across AI initiatives and transformation programmes; partner with AI champions and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery and remove roadblocks; oversee the investment lifecycle including business-case validation and approvals; establish portfolio standards, tools, and reporting to enable prioritisation and transparency; provide decision-ready insights to senior leadership with clear visibility on value realised vs. omitted.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in programme or portfolio leadership roles with a strong focus on end-to-end delivery accountability
- Proven track record of delivering digital, data, and AI initiatives in complex, global organisations
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, and data platforms
- Solid experience in tracking value realisation, managing business cases, and ensuring benefits delivery post-implementation
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence senior leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
