Job Summary
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements, executing proof-of-concept projects where applicable. Assist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor across rotating assignments in the CEO office, corporate operations, business, operations, marketing, or HR teams. Summarize use cases and results in internal reports while automating routine data tasks or dashboard updates using integrations like Google Sheets and GPT. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools and organize internal sharing sessions or proposals for new applications. This internship develops future team leads to contribute to digital transformation and data-informed decision-making within the FUNNOW Group's ecosystem of lifestyle booking platforms across Southeast Asia.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor
- Experience using automation tools like n8n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving ability and structured thinking
- Curiosity and willingness to self-learn new technologies
